Exporting from Morocco to Europe: five early decisions
Route, schedule, responsibilities and documents: prepare the operation before departure.

Set commercial responsibilities
Clarify who arranges each stage, who bears each cost and when responsibility transfers. These decisions should remain consistent with the commercial agreement.
Plan backwards from delivery
Start with the requested destination date and include preparation, formalities, transit and a reasonable margin. This approach produces a more realistic schedule.
Centralize coordination
Appoint one contact to follow information between seller, buyer, transport and formalities. Centralized communication reduces omissions and conflicting versions.
