Quotations and confirmation
A website request is not a booking or a contract. A service becomes binding only after the details are verified, TIMAGRAD confirms it in writing and the applicable quotation or contract is accepted.

Customer information
Customers must provide accurate addresses, access conditions, dates, volumes, weights, descriptions, documents and special constraints. Changes may result in revised pricing, timing or resources.

Regulated or excluded goods
Dangerous, illegal, perishable, high-value or specially regulated goods must be declared before acceptance. TIMAGRAD may refuse work that is incompatible with regulations, safety or available resources.

Prices, payment and timing
The quotation defines the price, payment terms, exact scope and estimated timing. Timing may change due to formalities, inspections, road, customs or weather conditions, or force majeure.

Liability and claims
Each party’s responsibilities and any compensation limits are defined by the quotation, contract and rules applying to the relevant transport. Reservations or claims should be reported promptly with supporting evidence.

Applicable law
Relations with TIMAGRAD are governed by Moroccan law, subject to mandatory rules for international operations. The parties seek an amicable solution before starting proceedings.
